I just wanted to send a quick note wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! Thanks for sticking with me 😉
I'm taking all of next week off work and am very much looking forward to making some progress on the Fracture and Embers hardcover formatting. If you've also got some extra downtime for the holidays and are looking for some new reads and/or new self-published sci-fi authors to support, I invite you to check out the SPSFC promo I'm part of. I've teamed up with a number of other authors who've been part of this year's Self-Published Science Fiction Competition to offer all of our contest-entrant books in one place for your convenience. Some are discounted, some aren't, but there's a lot of interesting stuff here deserving of your consideration. Feel free to pass the word along to other sci-fi readers! The promotion runs through December 31.
That's all from me for today. As always, keep an eye on my social media spaces and subscribe to my newsletter in order to get all the latest updates!
How cool are these custom coasters I received as an early Christmas gift?
The atomic number and atomic weight represent the number of pages in Dakiti (283 in the Kindle edition) and the book's publication date (May 2014).
FUN FACT:
I've been catching up on The Blacklist, which has kind of gone off the rails from what it used to be, in my opinion, but it's still relatively enjoyable, thanks in no small part of James Spader's performance. His portrayal of Raymond Reddington was a huge part of the inspiration behind Tobias Niio in my books.
